Windows Server 2019 Standard license
A Windows Server 2019 Standard license is ideal for companies with physical or minimally virtualized environments. Server 2019 Standard includes Desktop Experience. Systems Insights is also a brand new feature in Server 2019. This feature provides local predictive analytics capabilities. This function can analyze local Windows Server system data. This gives you insight into the operation of your servers. Gaining this insight can help you reduce the operational costs associated with reactively managing issues in your Server Standard 2019 deployment.
All new Server 2019 features
Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protections (ATP) is introduced in Server 2019. ATP exposes memory and kernel-level attacks. This feature responds by suppressing malicious files and ending malicious processes. Windows Defender ATP exploit Guard has also been added. This functionality is designed to lock down the machine against a wide variety of attack vectors and blocks behaviors commonly used in malware or virus attacks.
Storage Migrations Service makes it easier to migrate servers to a newer version of Windows Server. Storage Migration Services provide a graphical tool that inventory, transfers, and (optionally) moves identities from an old server to a new server. Other new storage features are Storage Spaces Direct and Storage Replica.

- RAM : 512 MB. ECC type or similar technology, for physical host deployments.
- Hard disk : minimum 32 GB available disk space
- Network adapter: Ethernet adapter that has at least gigabit throughput; Complies with PCIE-E
- Other requirements : DVD drive (if you want to install the operating system from DVD media)
